Create a cute and easy paper tulip craft for kids.

Easy Paper Tulip Craft

Paper Tulips

I am horrible at Origami! I don’t know if it’s because I can’t fold paper evenly, or I don’t have the patience to follow the instructions. So, I wanted to find a way to make a cute paper flower WITHOUT having to fold 100 times. This is the perfect paper flower. It’s easy, simple, and fun! Oh, and cute!

I made an easy template, so it makes it EVEN easier! Use cute paper and cute straws to make it a decorate flower. Make multiple ones to turn it into a bouquet.

This would be a sweet gift for mom for Mother’s Day or to add to a gift or card. You can write on the tulip or the leaves.

Tulip Template (download below)

Instructions:

Cut out your tulip bulbs using the template to trace them onto your construction paper, or colorful paper, or color them and cut them out.

Fold your tulip bulb into four sections like an accordion.

Before unfolding it, punch a hole in the center, so that it goes through all four sections. (You should have four holes).

Weave the straw through the tulip bulb.

Using the leaf template, trace and cut out some leaves with your construction paper.

Glue them onto your straw.

Now you have a cute little paper flower without all the folding! 🙂
